We are a small two-person company. It is very important to us that every customer either have a good experience, or get their money back. Please understand that writing a negative review hurts you and hurts us, so let’s just avoid that and get your problem solved. Here are your options:
Troubleshoot your problem - our support page covers pretty much every issue we’ve ever heard about from customers. If you haven’t checked out the support page yet, it has a wealth of information that can hopefully help fix whatever problem you are having.
Request personal assistance - we are happy to help you resolve your issue 1:1. To get started, simply fill out the support request form. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. If appropriate we can do a screen share to enable us to walk you through fixing the issue.
Get a refund - you can request a refund for your purchase directly from Apple. Simply follow the instructions provided by Apple here. We would love to issue refunds directly, but Apple doesn’t allow this.
